What are the minimum orders?
ONE. We can print or embroider as few as one piece by using our digi-prints, Direct-To-Garment, CAD, Embroidery.
Can I supply my own garments or panels?
Yes but please review our Supplied Goods Policy below:
SUPPLIED GOODS- IMPORTANT INFORMATION. RISK FACTOR.
Due to the nature of the industry and the machines, there can be an occasional defect.
On supplied goods we allow for 2% for defects that we do not replace or reimburse for the item(s).
If we did have a problem that was above that percentage or if we ruin your garment(s) we
only reimburse up to $15.00 maximum per item and $100.00 maximum.
PLEASE carefully consider this when bringing in expensive jackets, jerseys, bags, etc. We do not take supplied goods with a value over $30.00
What are the your payment terms?
Orders require a 50% deposit and balance when picked up. In some cases, we can offer terms to well established businesses and corporations, pending credit check and approval first.
Do I have to provide art or do you have an art dept.?
We are well known for great art and design. We can use your ideas, assist with your artwork or create a design for you.
What format do you prefer supplied artwork ?
.eps or Illustrator vector art is best. For Direct To Garment we can turn you art into the proper format which is a .tif file, with no background and in CMYK mode.
We have lost our original artwork, can you recreate it for me?
We are well known for great art and design. We can use your ideas, assist with your artwork or create a design for you.
How can I send you my artwork?
Email it to us if it is under 5 mg or bring it in to one of our locations.
