Custom Team Names
Prepare and submit a list of teams names and recieve a discount.
7-17 names = $4 each    18+ names = $3 each

In the left coloumn,
click "Athletic Teams"		 Click the box underneath
"Name" in the bottom left,
and type a name in the line.
Hit enter to move to the
next line.		 Type the names of all players
needing a name.
Do NOT add numbers here.
CHECK SPELLING!		 When finished with all the
names, click "Output"
in the top of the window and
select "Save As"		 Submit the form below



Your Name: Please enter your name.

Your Email: What is your email address?
What Did You Save Your Design As?: What did you save your file name as?
What Kind Of Garments?: What kind of garment do you want printed?
How Many Garments?: Approx how many items?
Do They Need Numbers Too?: Approx how many items?
When Do You Need Them By?: what is your desired due date?(mm/dd/yyyy)
Instructions:
Relist the names and specify
which shirt each name will go on
(ie: correspdoning size or number on shirt)

This is also where you can list
numbers that need to be applied as well.
